User Settings
Settings contains personal account pages. Changes here apply to the signed-in user across their companies and communities; they do not directly edit company products, catalogs, subscriptions, or shared taxonomy.
Pages in the Settings section
- Personal profile — name, avatar, professional information, location, time zone, and personal defaults.
- Languages — UI and working data languages.
- Notifications — notification recipients, schedule, and personal-message behavior.
- E-mails — add, verify, make primary, and remove account e-mail addresses.
- Social links — connected sign-in providers and optional external profile links.
- Communities — join or leave professional communities.
- Companies — view company memberships, invitations or requests, and choose the current company workspace.
- Change password — replace the password for a local Actualog account.
Personal versus organizational settings
Settings configures you. Company Workspace configures an organization and its product data. If a company action is missing, check the selected company, your company role, permissions, plan, and record state rather than changing personal Settings.
Recommended first-time setup
- Complete your profile and time zone.
- Select the data languages you actually use.
- Add and verify a corporate e-mail when company trust or membership depends on it.
- Join relevant communities.
- Join, create, or select a company workspace.
- Configure a notification schedule that you will read.
